These Terms are between you and [operator legal name required]. KILLFEED hosts and organises short user-uploaded gaming clips. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines; the Privacy Policy explains data processing.
You retain rights you have in your content. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transcode, display, distribute and make technical adaptations to your content only to operate, secure, promote and improve KILLFEED. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal evidence and copies lawfully shared outside our control.
You promise that you have every permission needed for gameplay footage, music, voices, logos, personal data and other material. A game publisher's or music service's rules determine what may be uploaded; credit, ownership of a game or a link to a song does not itself grant copyright permission. Do not upload confidential material or content subject to an exclusive licence you cannot grant us.
Clearly use the upload labels for advertising, sponsorship, affiliate or other commercial relationships and for AI-generated or materially AI-altered content. Hidden commercial communication, deceptive synthetic media and false labels are prohibited. Additional consumer, advertising, game-publisher and AI rules may apply to you.
We may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features or accounts, and preserve evidence when content violates law, these Terms or the Guidelines. Moderation uses community reports, technical signals and human review. A report threshold can temporarily quarantine a clip, but a moderator makes the final decision. We consider context, severity, repetition and risk and will provide a statement of reasons and available appeal route when required. Submit an appeal at /appeal.
Use the formal notice form for illegal content and the copyright process for rights claims. We may notify competent authorities where law requires, including when we suspect a criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety.
The free service may change, experience interruptions or be discontinued. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or remedies for digital services that do not conform to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, neither side is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss; this does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury or another non-excludable ground.
You can stop using KILLFEED and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate for material or repeated violations, urgent safety risk, legal duty or service closure. Where appropriate we give notice, reasons and a chance to appeal. Provisions that by nature must survive—rights, legal evidence, disputes and liability—continue after termination.
Croatian law applies without depriving EEA consumers of mandatory protections in their home country. Courts are determined by mandatory jurisdiction rules; consumers may bring claims in the courts available under those rules. Material Terms changes will be announced and a reusable copy will remain available. Contact support@thekillfeed.com or see the Legal Notice.
