Gameplay recording, music, commentary, logos and appearances can involve different rights. Owning a game, naming an artist or linking to a song does not automatically permit publication. Check the publisher's content policy and obtain all other necessary permissions.
Use the formal notice form and select “Copyright or other intellectual property”, or email legal@thekillfeed.com. Identify the protected work, the exact KILLFEED URL, your right or authority to act, why the use is unauthorised, your contact details and a good-faith accuracy statement. We may request evidence before acting.
We acknowledge valid notices, assess context and applicable exceptions, preserve relevant evidence and remove or restrict content where justified. We provide the uploader with reasons and an appeal route when legally appropriate. Repeated, knowing infringement can result in account suspension.
If your content was restricted in error, use the appeal form. Give the decision reference, URL, permissions or applicable exception, and supporting evidence. Do not submit false claims or counter-notices.
